4INFO SMS flight status tracker
Before I left the house last night to pick up a friend at the airport, I sent a text message to mobile search service 4INFO (44636) which read “jetblue 185” - and was seriously impressed to get more information back about the flight, which was diverted through Salt Lake City and landing in San Diego an hour and a half late - than I got at the actual JetBlue web site.
I’ve become a bit of a 4INFO horoscope junkie too, texting them “virgo” while waiting in line at the grocery store, as well as using it to get movie times and drink recipes. Add 4INFO to your phone’s contact list, and text ‘em the word “help” to get back a list of usage examples. I wound up saving that message on my phone for future reference when I need to look something up in a hurry.
